B2B platform terms

1. Service operator

The service is operated by JONEX Sp. z o.o. Sp.k., ul. Gen. W. Sikorskiego 22, 78-400 Szczecinek, Poland, KRS 0000707974, NIP 6731900052, REGON 363397068, e-mail: jonex@jonex.pl, tel. +48 94 374 31 51 (“JONEX”).

The service includes the public catalog, contact forms and the B2B panel available after sign-in.

2. Nature of the platform

The B2B platform is for businesses only. It is not a consumer webshop.

An order placed in the panel is a business order / commercial request and needs confirmation by JONEX unless a cooperation agreement says otherwise.

Prices, stock and lead times shown in the panel are informative until the order is confirmed. Individual prices follow the customer price list maintained by JONEX.

3. Registration and account

Registration requires true company and contact data. The account stays inactive until JONEX sales verifies it.

JONEX may refuse activation, in particular if data is incomplete, the VAT number is invalid, or there is no trading relationship.

The user is responsible for password confidentiality. Google sign-in proves the e-mail identity; it does not replace company verification.

Sharing the account with third parties or disrupting the service is forbidden.

4. Orders and documents

Orders submitted in the panel go to JONEX and, after acceptance, are fulfilled under the agreed commercial terms (payment term, delivery, credit limits).

Catalog cards, declarations of conformity and certificates are technical documentation. If they conflict, the current documents issued by JONEX prevail.

JONEX does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is not a breach of these terms.

5. Content and IP

Photos, descriptions, catalog cards, trademarks and the site layout belong to JONEX or its licensors. Copying for purposes other than your own purchasing activity requires consent.

6. Privacy and cookies

Personal data is described in the Privacy Policy (/en/privacy). Cookies are described in the Cookie Policy (/en/cookies).

7. Liability

JONEX is not liable for damage caused by misuse of the panel, lost passwords, false data, or network outages outside JONEX control.

The user placing an order is responsible for quantities, product codes and the delivery address.

8. Changes

JONEX may change these terms by publishing a new version at /en/terms. Continued use of the panel after publication means acceptance of the new version where a separate consent is not required.

9. Governing law

Polish law applies. Disputes are resolved by the court with jurisdiction over JONEX’s registered office, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
